Really more like 4.5 stars. The only reason I’m not giving a five star rating is that the crew left a few unresolved issues that I felt should have been addressed before considering the job finished. Jake took care of all the issues and we have had no problems since. It’s a beautiful roof and they got us a roof of much higher value than what was replaced and at no extra cost to us. Thanks Jake!

Expert Residential Window Installation in Edmond, OK
Yukon homeowners deal with wide temperature swings, hot summers, strong winds, and cold winters. Those conditions put real stress on older or poorly fitted windows. CCC Roofing and Construction handles residential window installation for single-family homes across Yukon, from established neighborhoods with homes built in the 1970s through the 1990s to newer subdivisions expanding on the west side of the Oklahoma City metro. We measure each opening, remove the old unit cleanly, and seat the new window with a proper seal to stop air and water from getting in. Whether you need a single problem window replaced or a full-home installation on a new build, we assess each opening on its own. Yukon's mix of production-built homes and custom builds means window sizes and frame conditions vary widely. We account for that on every job. Call CCC Roofing and Construction to schedule your window installation assessment in Yukon.

Residential Window Installation FAQ
Common questions about residential window installation in Edmond, OK.
Yes, we install windows on older Yukon homes, including those built in the 1970s through the 1990s. Older frames and non-standard opening sizes are common in these homes, and we measure each opening before ordering or fitting any window.
We can replace a single window or every window in your Yukon home. Each opening is assessed on its own, so you are not required to do a full-home project to get started.
Signs that point to replacement include drafts near the frame, difficulty opening or closing the window, visible warping, and condensation forming between panes. A CCC Roofing and Construction assessment in Yukon will confirm whether repair or full replacement makes more sense for your situation.
Yes, properly installed windows with good seals reduce heat gain in summer and heat loss in winter, which directly lowers the work your HVAC system does. Yukon's temperature swings between hot summers and cold winters make this a practical upgrade for most homes.
Yes, we work on new construction projects across Yukon in addition to replacement jobs on existing homes. Contact us to discuss the scope and timing of your new build.
Clear the area around each window inside your home so our crew has clean access to the opening. Moving furniture, blinds, and window treatments back from the wall before we arrive keeps the job moving without delays.
